Coloncid 40mg Tablet

Coloncid 40mg Tablet is utilized in the treatment of corrosiveness, acid reflux and stomach ulcers.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Coloncid 40mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Coloncid 40mg Tablet is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI). It works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach which helps in relief of acid-related indigestion and heartburn.

Is Coloncid available over the counter? : No, Coloncid is not available as an over-the-counter product. It is a prescription medicine and is available only when prescribed by a physician.|Can I take Coloncid with aluminum hydroxide and magnesium carbonate or other antacids? : Coloncid can be taken with antacids like aluminum hydroxide and magnesium carbonate. But antacids should be taken two hours before or one hour after taking Coloncid.
